Education

Bethlehem Ministry is involved with many education efforts in Haiti, including:

Kindergarten that enrolls kids from 3 years to 6 years.
Primary school spanning 1st through 6th year.
Computer lab with training in the use of computers (in Terrier Rouge).
Adult education offered to all interested adults (in Terrier Rouge). Focus on reading, writing, and civic studies.
For students with good grades and promise, there are scholarships available to high school, vocational school, and college.
Scholarships students in other towns in North Haiti who have no other way of attending school.

The Montessori method is used for instruction in the early grades.
