Overview
Bethlehem Ministry is working with Esperance et Vie, a non-governmental organization, to build Clinique Esperance et Vie (Clinic of Hope and Life). The purpose of the clinic is to establish a sustainable, community-based health care system in Terrier Rouge. The goals of this system are:
- Healthcare assessments for individuals
- Providing basic preventative care and health screening
- Providing dental, vision, maternal and child services
- Training people in good health practices
- Creating a record keeping system
- Training local healthcare workers
- Basic lab testing
