Ecole St. Luc
On the way to the border with the Dominican Republic from Cap Haitien is the town of Trou du Nord. In 1986, with the help of good friends from Episcopal churches in Louisiana, Arkansas and Georgia, the school was built and the first students enrolled.
The seven grades housed here give each child an foundation in tradition school subjects and Christianity. This school is an important resource to the town, providing one of the few places where poor students can get an education.
Bethlehem will support 50 students at St. Luc's.
