... Faithful and grateful supporters of the work of Espérance et Vie in the Northeast of Haiti. We are facing an exceedingly difficult situation right now, and I'm asking you to pray for us and to help us with your contribution. The disease has reached the North of Haiti and is spreading rapidly. We are in a state of emergency. As the toll of death is increasing, people are really stressed. They are giving into panic not knowing what to do. We, at Espérance et Vie, have already designed a plan to help the people of Terrier Rouge and its surroundings. So far, we have made 5,000 masks which were given away along with soaps and kits of rice and oil. All of this were made possible thanks to you, thanks to your generous contributions to Bethlehem Ministry. For the time being, we are working with the most vulnerable people because our funds are limited. Our immediate goal is to double the aid already given. We would like to reach out at least to 10,000 people as soon as possible, providing mainly masks and soap to them. The experts believe that by the end of this month the toll of death will be remarkably high. We are asking you to help us saving more lives by sustaining this project.
